UNDERSTANDING MANAGEMENT Management in my opinion is a step-by- step , action , and the process by a person or group who perform management to get tujuanya . When viewed from the literature , the existing literature , the notion of management can be viewed from three ( 3) terms : 1 . Management as a process 2 . Management as a human collectivity 3 . Management as a science and as art A process , management functions : 1 . Planning 2 . Organization 3 . Actuating ( mengerakan , movement ) 4 . Controlling ( monitoring ) 5 . 5 . r eporting ( mementau )

PENGERTIAN MANAJEMEN Manajemen menurut saya adalah sebuah langkah-langkah,tindakan,dan proses yang dilakukan   seorang atau kelompok yang melakukan manejemen untuk mendapatkan tujuanya. OBSERVATIONS ON SCIENTIFIC congestion   Macet.itu probably things that we often feel in Jakarta , the occurrence of congestion much why . according to my observations could jam in the tackle with his ways , the ways to overcome traffic jam in my opinion : 1 . Traffic violation ( traffic officer should always supervise ) 3 . Advising the public to obey traffic . Maybe the above is not fully liberate us from the jam , but could further reduce congestion .
